Rikki Woolard joined Siegert-Lees Insurance in 2002 and has been a personal lines customer service representative, a commercial lines representative, and is now the agencies newest Sales Producer. Rikki went to college at Lakeland Community College. She is very knowledgeable and is very willing to help with your insurance needs. Rikki is licensed to sell and property casualty insurance.

Kaylee Holland, grand-daughter of Bette Funneman, is the newest member of the Siegert-Lees Insurance Services team. After Bette's retirement, Kaylee immediately knew it would be a perfect fit and she is now a commercial lines customer service representative. 


Raised in Pana, Kaylee is thrilled to work in the same community where she grew up. She and her boyfriend, Dalton, are expecting their first child in early 2022.

Dick Lees

Dick Lees had over 40 years of experience as an independent insurance agent, starting in the business in 1975 with the agency as a producer. Dick purchased the agency in 1983 and retired in December of 2020. 
 
Dick has been involved in the community over the years. In 2001 he received the Community Service Award from Rough Notes Magazine, a national insurance publication. Rough notes gave a $5,000 gift to Pana Community Hospital as part of that recognition. Dick continues to support many community activities.
